How can I retrieve my password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, select Forgot Password? from just above the Login screen on the home page.
Enter your OASIS User ID and select Reset Password.
We’ll send reset instructions to the email address on your OASIS registration.
Click on the password reset link from that email.
Note: that the password reset can only be sent to the email address associated with your User ID.
Note: This link is only good for 30 minutes.
How can I update my OASIS profile?
You can review and update your personal details from My Account.
Select My Account from the top of the OASIS screen.
Check each section and update any information you need to.
- Personal Details:
- To update your User ID:
- Enter your current User ID and a New User ID.
- It must contain at least 8 characters, 1 letter, 1 number, and 1 uppercase letter.
- You can only use these special characters: @ . - _ (“at”, period, dash, underscore).
- Select Update.
- To update your First or Last name:
- Update the existing text.
- Select Update.
- Email Details:
- To update your email address:
- Enter a New Email Address.
- Confirm your New Email Address.
- Enter your account password.
- Select Update.
- Password Details:
- To update your password:
- Enter your current password.
- Enter a new password:
- The password cannot contain your User ID, First Name or Last Name.
- It must contain at least 8 characters, 1 letter, 1 number, and 1 uppercase letter.
- You can only use these special characters: @ . - _ (“at”, period, dash, underscore).
- Confirm your new password.
